- Partner with Product and Engineering leadership before requirements are locked, so teams build against the right problems.
- Manage four designers across roughly ten squads while staying hands-on, setting the standard by doing the work.
- Built a versioned prototype hub on GitHub with reusable AI skills as a single source of truth.
- Automated the first draft of interaction specs with AI, taking documentation and handover from days to minutes.
